Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• email address — used as your login;
• measurement data — the pulse wave signal, the calculated Qi Score and its components, and the date and time of each measurement;
• technical data — device model, app version, anonymised crash reports;
• payment data — the fact, amount and duration of the purchased access. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by the service.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to provide access to your account, calculate and display measurement results, keep your history and dynamics, generate personal recommendations, record your payment and access period, answer support requests, and improve the app using anonymised data. We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored in the cloud infrastructure of our provider Supabase, in a data centre located in the Russian Federation, and transmitted over TLS. Internal access is limited to team members who need it to operate the service. Measurement data is kept while your account exists; technical logs are kept for up to 12 months; payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. Limited sharing occurs only with the payment provider (to process payments and refunds), the email delivery provider (to send service emails), the hosting provider (to store data), and with authorised public authorities where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request information about the data we process, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate data, restrict processing, withdraw your consent, and request deletion. Send your request from the email address of your account; we reply within 10 business days.

6. Account and data deletion

To delete your account, write to info@let-labs.com from the email address of your account. Once confirmed, your account and related measurement data are permanently deleted within 30 calendar days. Anonymised and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
