Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• email address — used as your login;
• measurement data — the pulse wave signal, the calculated Qi Score and its components, and the date and time of each measurement;
• technical data — device model, app version, anonymised crash reports;
• payment data — the fact, amount and duration of the purchased access. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by the service.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to provide access to your account, calculate and display measurement results, keep your history and dynamics, generate personal recommendations, record your payment and access period, answer support requests, and improve the app using anonymised data. We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent. The “Tips and important news” emails — occasional tips on health and the five elements and important messages about the app — are sent only after you answer “Yes” to the question in the app; your answer, its date and the version of the text shown are recorded. Your measurement results are never included in these emails. You can opt out at any time with the “Tips and important news by email” switch in the app settings or with the unsubscribe link included in every such email. After opting out the emails stop and your contact at the delivery provider is marked as unsubscribed.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored in the cloud infrastructure of our provider Supabase, in a data centre located in the Russian Federation, and transmitted over TLS. Internal access is limited to team members who need it to operate the service. Measurement data is kept while your account exists; technical logs are kept for up to 12 months; payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. Limited sharing occurs only with the payment provider (to process payments and refunds), the email delivery provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; sending region EU) — to send service emails and, if you have consented, the “Tips and important news” emails, for which your email address and app language are shared with it —, the hosting provider (to store data), the product analytics provider (for pseudonymous app usage statistics), public IP lookup services (when you sign in, and when your session is restored or refreshed, including at app start with a saved sign-in), and with authorised public authorities where required by law.

5. Public result links

You can publish a single measurement result at a unique link of the form qitracker.life/s/…. Before the first publication the app asks for your consent and shows which data will be visible. The page is open to anyone who has the link, without signing in, and contains: the Qi score, the values of the five elements, the date and time of the measurement and, if you chose so, your tags for that measurement. Your name, email, heart rate and oxygen saturation are not shown. The published page is a snapshot taken at the moment of publication; later measurements do not change it. You can disable the link in the app at any time — after that the page and its images stop opening; copies already saved by recipients or messengers cannot be recalled. Page opens and button taps are counted pseudonymously — without cookies and without storing IP addresses or device identifiers — by the product analytics provider (PostHog, EU servers) to count views.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the data we process, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate data, restrict processing, withdraw your consent, and request deletion. Send your request from the email address of your account; we reply within 10 business days.

7. Account and data deletion

To delete your account, write to info@let-labs.com from the email address of your account. Once confirmed, your account and related measurement data are permanently deleted within 30 calendar days. Anonymised and aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
